Baked Asparagus

Ingredients

- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed

- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

- 1 clove garlic minced

- 1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Line large baking sheet with parchment paper.

3. Place asparagus on baking sheet and coat with olive oil and garlic. I like to use my hands to spread evenly.

4. Squeeze lemon juice over asparagus.

5. Bake for 17 minutes or until desired consistency.
